Drumming Circle
with Patrick
Patrick is an accomplished African percussion teacher and workshop facilitator. Drawing upon his experiences and love of life and music in West Africa, his classes are an energetic and fun exploration of traditional rhythms on the Djembe, with voice work included. All are welcome. Drums provided

Meditation and Journeying

Ongoing class covering different forms of meditation ( Vipassana, visualisation, mantra…), their benefits, how to use them in everyday practice. We will also be learning how to journey. Using the Shamans Drum and Rattle we will learn to explore our past and our possible futures bringing awareness to the bigger picture of our individual existence….
